Man beh\u00f6ver inte vispa n\u00e5gonting, annat \u00e4n m\u00f6jligen gr\u00e4dde till serveringen. Jag serverar den g\u00e4rna med vaniljs\u00e5s eller gr\u00e4dde och v\u00e4ljer helst syrliga \u00e4pplen som Aroma. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>Du beh\u00f6ver f\u00f6r en pajform p\u00e5 ca 28-30 cm i diameter: <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7 \u00e4pplen av syrlig sort, skalade, urk\u00e4rnade och skurna i bitar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">250-300 gram sm\u00f6r (en del av det f\u00f6r\u00e5ngas och en del blir fasta mj\u00f6lkrester i botten av kastrullen)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 1\/2 &#8211; 2 dl muscavadosocker eller finkornigt r\u00e5socker<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1\/2 dl sirap<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4-5 dl havregryn<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 dl vetemj\u00f6l<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 tsk vaniljsocker av god kvalitet<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1\/4 tsk vaniljfr\u00f6n p\u00e5 burk<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1\/2 tsk mald kardemumma &#8211; g\u00e4rna mald i pepparkvarn<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r: <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6ret \u00f6ver medelh\u00f6g v\u00e4rme i en kastrull, skaka p\u00e5 den d\u00e5 och d\u00e5. N\u00e4r det b\u00f6rjar puttra mer och mer h\u00e5ller du koll p\u00e5 den, n\u00e4r puttret avtar och det b\u00f6rjar bli gyllenbrunt samtidigt som ljuvliga dofter av sm\u00f6rkola sprider sig och det b\u00f6rjar tystna tar du det av v\u00e4rmen. N\u00e4r sm\u00f6ret svalnat en aning silar du av det genom ett finmaskigt durkslag ner i en bunke. Tills\u00e4tt socker, sirap och vanilj i olika former. Blanda runt och tills\u00e4tt havregryn och vetemj\u00f6l, b\u00f6rja med den mindre m\u00e4ngden och se till att smeten f\u00e5r en bra konsistens, lite mer som smet \u00e4n smuldeg men \u00e4nd\u00e5 inte f\u00f6r bl\u00f6t.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u00e4gg \u00e4ppelbitarna i en smord pajform, toppa med degen som du klickar ut och brer ut. Tag n\u00e5gra tag p\u00e5 kardemummakvarnen \u00f6ver det hela och baka i ugnen p\u00e5 ca 170 grader i 30-40 minuter s\u00e5 att \u00e4pplena mjuknar och pajen f\u00e5r fin f\u00e4rg.
