H\u00e4r har den blandats med kokt gr\u00f6nk\u00e5l, lite sm\u00f6rstekt l\u00f6k och vitl\u00f6k, chili och massa pressad citron. Man kan mycket g\u00e4rna ha i andra eller mera gr\u00f6nsaker som mor\u00f6tter, paprika, broccoli, b\u00f6nor, tomater&#8230; Jag hade n\u00e5gra rester av citronstekta kycklingbr\u00f6st som jag skar upp i bitar och blandade i, men lax eller annat k\u00f6tt fungerar ocks\u00e5 &#8211; eller fetaost alternativt tofu f\u00f6r den som vill h\u00e5lla det vegetariskt. R\u00e4tten \u00e4r lika god kall eller ljummen och passar d\u00e4rf\u00f6r mycket bra \u00e4ven p\u00e5 en buff\u00e9. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jag hade lite hempicklad l\u00f6k och svarta vinb\u00e4r kvar fr\u00e5n en tidigare middag som jag serverade till. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span><i>Du beh\u00f6ver f\u00f6r 4-6 persone<\/i><\/span><em>r<\/em><span><i>: <\/i><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3 dl mathavre, kokad enligt anvisningarna p\u00e5 f\u00f6rpackningen men med buljongt\u00e4rningar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ett paket hackad gr\u00f6nk\u00e5l eller n\u00e5gra blad gr\u00f6nk\u00e5l &#8211; sk\u00e4r d\u00e5 bort stammarna &#8211; kan bytas ut mot ett paket bladspenat, d\u00e5 tills\u00e4tter man bara den p\u00e5 slutet<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 gul l\u00f6k eller silverl\u00f6k alternativt 2 schalottenl\u00f6kar, skalade och hackade<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1-2 vitl\u00f6ksklyftor, skalade och hackade<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4-6 kycklingbr\u00f6st, stekta eller bakade i ugnen alternativt skurna i bitar och stekta med goda kryddor<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>olja och sm\u00f6r till stekning<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>chili, f\u00e4rsk eller torkad i flagor eller pulver<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>salt och peppar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>nypressad citron fr\u00e5n 2 citroner<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ev. paprika skuren i bitar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ev. mor\u00f6tter skurna i slantar eller bitar och kokade <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ev. inlagd l\u00f6k att servera till <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r: <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Koka upp vatten med buljongt\u00e4rningar, koka mathavren enligt anvisningar p\u00e5 f\u00f6rpackningen. H\u00e4ll av i ett durkslag men beh\u00e5ll g\u00e4rna lite av kokvattnet att tills\u00e4tta f\u00f6r saftighet. Sk\u00e4r den stekta eller grillade kycklingen i bitar. F\u00f6rv\u00e4ll gr\u00f6nk\u00e5len och sila av i durkslag. Stek l\u00f6k och vitl\u00f6k i sm\u00f6r och olja, tills\u00e4tt chili och p\u00e5 slutet citronsaften. Blanda ner gr\u00f6nk\u00e5l och kycklingbitar i den kokta mathavren. Tills\u00e4tt \u00e4ven de andra gr\u00f6nsaker du valt, v\u00e4nd ner l\u00f6khacket med den pressade citronen. Smaka av &#8211; mer salt, peppar, chili, citron?
