Jag gillar att servera den h\u00e4r fr\u00e4scha salladen som f\u00f6rr\u00e4tt s\u00e5 h\u00e4r \u00e5rs. Rensa dem inte f\u00f6rr\u00e4n efter sk\u00f6ljning. Gr\u00f6p ur hela med hj\u00e4lp av en sked och skiva den d\u00e4refter, eller sk\u00e4r skivor ner i avokadon med en kniv n\u00e4r den fortfarande sitter kvar i skalet och gr\u00f6p d\u00e4refter f\u00f6rsiktigt ur den. Noppa jordgubbarna och dela dem i halvor eller skiva dem, beroende p\u00e5 storleken. Arrangera ruccolan eller den sallad du valt vackert p\u00e5 tallrikar. L\u00e4gg p\u00e5 avokadoskivorna och jordgubbsskivorna i vackert m\u00f6nster.
