De har dessutom f\u00f6rdelen att vara glutenfria!<\/h3>\n<p><em><strong>Du beh\u00f6ver:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>1 paket risnudlar (vermicelli) eller nudlar gjorda av mungb\u00f6nor (b\u00e4st f\u00f6r diabetikern!)<\/p>\n<p>ett knippe v\u00e5rl\u00f6kar\/salladsl\u00f6kar, v\u00e4l sk\u00f6ljda<\/p>\n<p>2-3 schalottenl\u00f6kar, skalade och finstrimlade<\/p>\n<p>1-2 f\u00e4rsk r\u00f6d chili, tv\u00e4ttade och urk\u00e4rnade<\/p>\n<p>3-4 limefrukter, saften<\/p>\n<p>n\u00e5gra msk thail\u00e4ndsk fisks\u00e5s, Nam Pla<\/p>\n<p>en kruka f\u00e4rsk koriander<\/p>\n<p>lite palmsocker eller r\u00e5socker<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Koka risnudlar (vermicelli) enligt anvisningarna p\u00e5 f\u00f6rpackningen \u2013 det g\u00e5r fort och det brukar r\u00e4cka med att de bara l\u00e4ggs i kokhett vatten s\u00e5 det ej blir gr\u00f6tigt. Sk\u00f6lj av dem i durkslag i kallt vatten, l\u00e5t rinna av medan du blandar dressingen:<\/p>\n<p>Strimla n\u00e5gra schalottenl\u00f6kar eller r\u00f6dl\u00f6kar och\/eller v\u00e5rl\u00f6k\/sommarl\u00f6k\/stickl\u00f6k \u2013 vad de nu kan kallas i din aff\u00e4r. \u00c4ven blasten fr\u00e5n gul l\u00f6k kan anv\u00e4ndas.<\/p>\n<p>Hacka lite r\u00f6d chili efter tycke och smak \u2013 kolla hur stark din chili \u00e4r. Vill du vara sommarlat kan du ta torkad smulad chili fr\u00e5n kryddburk som finns i alla aff\u00e4rer numera.<\/p>\n<p>Pressa saft av 3-4 limefrukter och kanske n\u00e5gon citron. Har du bara citron tar du sj\u00e4lvklart det, men det \u00e4r extra gott och aromatiskt med smaken av lime.<\/p>\n<p>Blanda med n\u00e5gra msk thail\u00e4ndsk fisks\u00e5s (kallas nam pla) \u2013 smaka av. Om du tycker den smaken \u00e4r \u00f6verv\u00e4ldigande kan du ta ljus sojas\u00e5s i st\u00e4llet eller komplettera med sojan. L\u00e4gg i chilin. R\u00f6r i n\u00e5gon msk eller tv\u00e5 av ljust r\u00e5socker eller palmsocker eller muscavadosocker eller vanligt socker. Smaka av s\u00e5 du har fin balans. Hacka koriander och blanda i. L\u00e5t st\u00e5 och dra lite medan du plockar fram r\u00e4kor eller fisk. L\u00e4gg upp risnudlarna p\u00e5 ett serveringsfat. L\u00e4gg p\u00e5 r\u00e4korna och h\u00e4ll dressingen \u00f6ver.
