Jag v\u00e4ljer att koka min med \u00e4pple, om man vill kan man tills\u00e4tta \u00e4pplet p\u00e5 slutet f\u00f6r mer fr\u00e4sch\u00f6r. Det h\u00e4r \u00e4r faktiskt otroligt enkelt, man beh\u00f6ver bara ha lite t\u00e5lamod d\u00e5 r\u00f6dk\u00e5len blir b\u00e4st om den f\u00e5r st\u00e5 och puttra ganska l\u00e4nge under lock f\u00f6r att bli helt mjuk och full av h\u00e4rligt juliga smaker! P\u00e5 s\u00e5 vis blir du av med en del av de \u00e4mnen som brukar kunna reta k\u00e4nsliga magar, och jag tycker \u00e4ven att smaken p\u00e5 k\u00e5len blir lite mildare och godare. H\u00e4ll bort kokvattnet, l\u00e5t k\u00e5len rinna av en stund i durkslaget. Stek de f\u00f6rv\u00e4llda k\u00e5lstrimlorna i sm\u00f6ret \u00f6ver medell\u00e5g v\u00e4rme s\u00e5 att k\u00e5len mjuknar. Tills\u00e4tt kryddorna och d\u00e4refter sirap eller socker samt vin\u00e4gern och \u00e4pplet. L\u00e5t det hela puttra ihop under lock i cirka 45 minuter, r\u00f6r om d\u00e5 och d\u00e5. Tills\u00e4tt en sked balsamvin\u00e4ger efter ett tag, smaka av och se om du beh\u00f6ver mera salt, peppar, socker..? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Detta g\u00e5r att f\u00f6rbereda n\u00e5gon dag innan, f\u00f6rvara k\u00e5len i burk med lock i kylen och v\u00e4rm p\u00e5 den f\u00f6rsiktigt i en kastrull.
