Om du inte har ponzu kan du ta soja och juice av lime och\/eller citron. En god buljong av valfritt slag beh\u00f6vs ocks\u00e5, jag anv\u00e4nde en blandning av gr\u00f6nsaksbuljong och fiskfond. Och s\u00e5 en massa gr\u00f6nsaker &#8211; h\u00e4r tog jag mor\u00f6tter, f\u00e4nk\u00e5l, purjol\u00f6k, broccoli, bladspenat och v\u00e5rl\u00f6k ut\u00f6ver vitl\u00f6k, schalottenl\u00f6k, ingef\u00e4ra och en aning chili. En l\u00e4tt och snabblagad r\u00e4tt som passar utm\u00e4rkt som m\u00e5ndagssoppa! <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" src=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/IMG_0007-1024x768.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-36598\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/IMG_0007-1024x768.jpeg 1024w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/IMG_0007-300x225.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/IMG_0007-150x113.jpeg 150w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/IMG_0007-768x576.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/IMG_0007-1536x1152.jpeg 1536w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/IMG_0007-2048x1536.jpeg 2048w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/IMG_0007-750x563.jpeg 750w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Du beh\u00f6ver f\u00f6r 4 personer:<\/em><\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Valfria nudlar som kokas enligt anvisningar p\u00e5 f\u00f6rpackningen men en aning kortare tid<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 1\/2 liter buljong &#8211; blanda g\u00e4rna gr\u00f6nsaksbuljong och fiskfond efter smak<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>fyra bitar lax, jag anv\u00e4nde fryst som jag l\u00e5ter tina f\u00f6rst<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 mor\u00f6tter, skalade och skurna i stavar eller som h\u00e4r strimlade med potatisskalare<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>broccoli, delad i sm\u00e5 buketter &#8211; ta \u00e4ven med den skalade stj\u00e4lken skuren i bitar!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>purjol\u00f6k, tv\u00e4ttad och strimlad<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 f\u00e4nk\u00e5l. tv\u00e4ttad och strimlad<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>en rej\u00e4l bit ingef\u00e4ra, skalad och skivad eller hackad<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2-4 vitl\u00f6kar, skalade och skivade eller i halvor f\u00f6r mildare smak<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>f\u00e4rsk koriander att toppa det hela med vid servering <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 msk ponzu alternativt 1 1\/2 msk japansk soja typ Kikkoman samt pressad lime och\/eller citron (smaka av!)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>G\u00e4rna lite extra pressad lime <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ev. Koka nudlarna enligt anvisningar p\u00e5 f\u00f6rpackningen men en aning kortare, h\u00e4ll av i durkslag och sk\u00f6lj ordentligt i kallt vatten f\u00f6r att avstanna kokningen s\u00e5 de inte klibbar ihop. L\u00e4gg i gr\u00f6nsakerna i buljongen och l\u00e5t dem koka ganska mjuka. B\u00f6rja med de som tar l\u00e4ngre tid att koka som broccolin och l\u00e4gg i till exempel purjol\u00f6ken mot slutet d\u00e5 den kokar snabbare. Bladspenaten l\u00e4gger du i precis innan servering, efter att du lagt i laxbitarna. Innan dess har du smakat av med ponzu eller soja och citrusjuice, kanske mer fond f\u00f6r mer fyllighet? N\u00e4r du \u00e4r n\u00f6jd med smakbilden l\u00e4gger du i fiskbitarna och sist f\u00f6rst nudlarna, sedan bladspenat och v\u00e5rl\u00f6k. L\u00e4gg upp i tallrikar &#8211; jag l\u00e4gger g\u00e4rna nudlarna direkt i sk\u00e5larna och h\u00e4ller p\u00e5 den heta buljongen, toppa med v\u00e5rl\u00f6k och koriander samt eventuellt Furikake.
