Jag tog vad jag hade hemma och fick till en mycket snabblagad och god r\u00e4tt en tr\u00f6ttseg fredagskv\u00e4ll framf\u00f6r brasan. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Jag v\u00e4nde ner f\u00e4rsk bladspenat som jag hade i kylen, men man kan g\u00e4rna ta broccoli eller n\u00e5gon annan gr\u00f6nsak. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>Du beh\u00f6ver f\u00f6r 4 personer: <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">400-500 gram \u00e4ggnudlar (man kan \u00e4ven ta andra nudlar eller rentav pasta, g\u00e4rna linguine eller liknande) <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">3-5 vitl\u00f6ksklyftor, skalade och finhackade samt mosade med knivbladet tillsammans med salt alt. pressade eller rivna<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">1 r\u00f6d chili, finhackad<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">1 kryddm\u00e5tt gochugaru (koreansk torkad mald chili &#8211; kan ers\u00e4ttas med Espelettechili)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">5-6 limeblad (jag har alltid limeblad i frysen, perfekt att plocka fram!)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">400-500 gram scampi, tigerr\u00e4kor eller vad de nu kan heta (den till\u00e5tna sorten)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">1-2 msk soja<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">1\/2 tsk fisks\u00e5s (typ thail\u00e4ndsk nam plant)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">2-3 msk oysters\u00e5s<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">ev. 1 msk tamari (en slags sojas\u00e5s)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">1\/2 tsk socker, g\u00e4rna r\u00e5socker<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">f\u00e4rsk koriander och v\u00e5rl\u00f6k till servering<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" src=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/IMG_0666-1024x768.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-36651\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/IMG_0666-1024x768.jpeg 1024w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/IMG_0666-300x225.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/IMG_0666-150x112.jpeg 150w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/IMG_0666-768x576.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/IMG_0666-1536x1152.jpeg 1536w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/IMG_0666-2048x1536.jpeg 2048w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/IMG_0666-750x562.jpeg 750w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r: <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">B\u00f6rja med att koka nudlarna enligt anvisning p\u00e5 f\u00f6rpackningen minus en minut. Sk\u00f6lj dem ordentligt i kallt vatten s\u00e5 de inte klibbar ihop. Fr\u00e4s vitl\u00f6ken i olja p\u00e5 medelv\u00e4rme, tills\u00e4tt chilin och limebladen. L\u00e4gg i r\u00e4korna och h\u00f6j v\u00e4rmen, r\u00f6r runt d\u00e5 och d\u00e5. N\u00e4r r\u00e4korna b\u00f6rjar bli rosa (om du anv\u00e4nder r\u00e5a) eller precis v\u00e4rmts upp om du anv\u00e4nder kokta h\u00e4ller du i alla \u00f6vriga ingredienser. Blanda runt och v\u00e4nd sist ner de f\u00f6rkokta nudlarna s\u00e5 de blir varma alternativt om du precis kokat pasta som du runnit av i durkslag och bara v\u00e4nder runt i r\u00e4korna.
