St\u00e4ll dem i ett ugnsfast fat som du smort med olivolja, vik ut dem en aning. L\u00e4gg i smulad ch\u00e8vre, ringla lite olivolja \u00f6ver. Gratinera i ugnen tills de blivit mjuka och b\u00f6rjar ta fin f\u00e4rg men absolut inte blivit br\u00e4nda. Tag ut fikonen, l\u00e4gg upp p\u00e5 fat, dekorera med prosciutto, ringla \u00f6ver olivolja och droppa lite balsamico p\u00e5.
