Fikon \u00e4r f\u00f6r mig Spanien, eller i vart fall Sydfrankrike, v\u00e4rme, sol och underbara smaker. F\u00f6r att frammana lite mer av den k\u00e4nslan kan man med f\u00f6rdel baka fikonen i ugnen, med eller utan ch\u00e8vre<\/strong> <strong>och servera med prosciutto, olivolja och n\u00e5gra droppar balsamico. St\u00e4ll dem i ett ugnsfast fat som du smort med olivolja, vik ut dem en aning. L\u00e4gg i smulad ch\u00e8vre, ringla lite olivolja \u00f6ver. Gratinera i ugnen tills de blivit mjuka och b\u00f6rjar ta fin f\u00e4rg men absolut inte blivit br\u00e4nda. Tag ut fikonen, l\u00e4gg upp p\u00e5 fat, dekorera med prosciutto, ringla \u00f6ver olivolja och droppa lite balsamico p\u00e5.
