Ch\u00e8vren st\u00e5r f\u00f6r det franska, salsan f\u00f6r det mexikanska och sj\u00e4lva frittatan f\u00f6r det italienska. D\u00e4rtill potatis som vi f\u00f6rknippar med Sverige men potatis anv\u00e4nds en hel del i bland annat sydamerika, d\u00e4r den har sitt ursprung. Jag som svensk tycker alltid det \u00e4r lite lustigt att de g\u00e4rna anv\u00e4nder potatisen som en gr\u00f6nsak bland andra i grytor, och serverar tillsammans med ris. F\u00f6r oss k\u00e4nns det l\u00e4tt som kaka p\u00e5 kaka men som sagt &#8211; potatisen kom d\u00e4rifr\u00e5n. Att vi behandlar den som ett av alternativen till v\u00e5r mat bland ris, pasta, quinoa, mathavre och allt annat som nu finns \u00e4r liksom en annan fr\u00e5ga. Nu \u00e5ter till dagens delikata brunch: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"819\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/66563FBA-BA6D-43C8-9D8D-2D23EAA12EA9-819x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-36692\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/66563FBA-BA6D-43C8-9D8D-2D23EAA12EA9-819x1024.jpg 819w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/66563FBA-BA6D-43C8-9D8D-2D23EAA12EA9-240x300.jpg 240w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/66563FBA-BA6D-43C8-9D8D-2D23EAA12EA9-120x150.jpg 120w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/66563FBA-BA6D-43C8-9D8D-2D23EAA12EA9-768x960.jpg 768w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/66563FBA-BA6D-43C8-9D8D-2D23EAA12EA9-1229x1536.jpg 1229w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/66563FBA-BA6D-43C8-9D8D-2D23EAA12EA9-750x938.jpg 750w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/66563FBA-BA6D-43C8-9D8D-2D23EAA12EA9.jpg 1440w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 819px) 100vw, 819px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>Du beh\u00f6ver f\u00f6r ca 4-6 personer: <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">8-12 \u00e4gg<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">4-5 kokta potatisar alt. r\u00e5a, men d\u00e5 tar det l\u00e4ngre tid att steka<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">1-2 vitl\u00f6ksklyftor &#8211; antingen hackade eller delade p\u00e5 l\u00e4ngden f\u00f6r mildare smak<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">ev. 1-2 schalottenl\u00f6kar, skalade och hackade eller strimlade<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">r\u00f6kt paprikapulver<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">chipotlepulver<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">oregano<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">salt och peppar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">ch\u00e8vre<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">tomatsalsa med chipotle (kan ers\u00e4ttas med f\u00e4rska cocktailtomater och chipotlepulver men blir ju inte lika vackert &#8211; alternativt kan man ta en god italiensk tomats\u00e5s och skippa den mexikanska k\u00e4nslan<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">f\u00e4rska korianderblad eller basilikablad<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r: <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">V\u00e4lj en stekpanna med ett handtag som t\u00e5l att st\u00e4llas in i ugnen. Stek l\u00f6k och vitl\u00f6k i olivolja \u00f6ver medell\u00e5g v\u00e4rme s\u00e5 att l\u00f6ken mjuknar utan att ta f\u00e4rg. Tills\u00e4tt kryddorna och potatisen och stek ett tag. Om du anv\u00e4nder r\u00e5 potatis beh\u00f6ver den steka mycket l\u00e4ngre tills den \u00e4r helt genomkokt. Vispa upp \u00e4ggen med en gaffel s\u00e5 att du f\u00e5r en j\u00e4mn smet men utan att vispa s\u00f6nder det viskosa i \u00e4ggen &#8211; de ska h\u00e5lla ihop och bli omelett, inte \u00e4ggr\u00f6ra. \u00d6ka f\u00f6rst v\u00e4rmen p\u00e5 stekpannan och s\u00e4nk v\u00e4rmen precis n\u00e4r du h\u00e4llt i \u00e4ggsmeten.  Lyft och se till att den l\u00f6sa smeten kommer ner till botten. Toppa med ch\u00e8vre och klicka p\u00e5 salsan. St\u00e4ll in pannan i ugnen som du v\u00e4rmt till ca 125 grader. L\u00e5t den st\u00e5 tills \u00e4ggen stelnat, det tar cirka 20-30 minuter. Titta till den d\u00e5 och d\u00e5! Toppa  med f\u00e4rska \u00f6rtblad och kanske lite mer salsa.
