Men tag g\u00e4rna fram den i god tid ur kylen s\u00e5 den inte \u00e4r alltf\u00f6r kall. G\u00f6r ocks\u00e5 helst i ordning den vackert ljusgr\u00f6na cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche <\/strong>i <strong>f\u00f6rv\u00e4g s\u00e5 den hinner st\u00e5 och stelna. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>R\u00f6ran kan med f\u00f6rdel g\u00f6ras iordning i f\u00f6rv\u00e4g. Om du har f\u00f6rvarat den i kylen \u00e4r det bra att ta fram den ett tag innan och blanda i br\u00f6dkrutongerna precis innan den ska l\u00e4ggas upp, s\u00e5 de inte mjukas upp. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Koka upp ingredienserna till lagen till den picklade l\u00f6ken. L\u00e4gg i l\u00f6ken, sk\u00e4r inte f\u00f6r tunna strimlor av den &#8211; jag tycker ca 3-4 mm breda strimlor blir bra. L\u00e5t bara v\u00e4rmas upp s\u00e5 att l\u00f6ken mjuknar, l\u00e5t den sedan ligga kvar i lagen tills den svalnat. Du kan f\u00f6rvara l\u00f6ken i sin lag i en burk med lock &#8211; den h\u00e5ller minst 1-2 veckor. Sila av n\u00e4r du ska anv\u00e4nda l\u00f6ken. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Hetta upp oljan till 65 grader, l\u00e4gg gr\u00e4sl\u00f6k och spenatblad i en mixer och h\u00e4ll \u00f6ver den uppv\u00e4rmda oljan. Mixa i minst fem minuter s\u00e5 att du f\u00e5r loss all smak men \u00e4ven det vackra klorofyllet &#8211; oljan ska bli djupt smaragdgr\u00f6n. Sila av oljan och f\u00f6rvara i flaska med lock. Oljan h\u00e5ller i kylen i minst en vecka. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Blanda oljan med cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche<\/strong> <strong>tills du tycker att f\u00e4rgen \u00e4r vacker och den smakar fint och tydligt av gr\u00e4sl\u00f6ken. Smaka av ifall du beh\u00f6ver mer salt, lite citron? St\u00e4ll r\u00f6ran kallt till servering. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Stek kavringkrutongerna i sm\u00f6r \u00f6ver medelh\u00f6g v\u00e4rme, r\u00f6r om och skaka d\u00e5 och d\u00e5 s\u00e5 de inte br\u00e4nns. L\u00e4gg de frasigt stekta krutongerna p\u00e5 dubbelvikt hush\u00e5llspapper s\u00e5 att \u00f6verfl\u00f6digt sm\u00f6r sugs upp. Salta eventuellt krutongerna l\u00e4tt. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Sk\u00e4r matjes, potatis och hacka gr\u00e4sl\u00f6ken &#8211; blanda allt i en bunke. Tills\u00e4tt den picklade l\u00f6ken och g\u00e4rna t\u00e4rnat \u00e4pple samt br\u00f6dkrutongerna precis p\u00e5 slutet. Blanda och l\u00e4gg upp i en ringform p\u00e5 tallrikar. Toppa med gr\u00e4sl\u00f6ks-cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche<\/strong>. <strong>Hit kan du f\u00f6rbereda ett tag innan g\u00e4sterna kommer. H\u00e4ll sm\u00e4lt eller brynt sm\u00f6r som du blandat med pressad citron runtom precis innan servering<\/strong>, <strong>dekorera g\u00e4rna med gr\u00e4sl\u00f6k och gr\u00e4sl\u00f6ksolja.
