Mot slutet h\u00e4ller du i glykosen och r\u00f6r om, allt ska bli varmt. St\u00e4ll att svalna. Mixa de kokta b\u00e4ren med mj\u00f6lken till en sl\u00e4t smet, n\u00e4stan som en smoothie. Tills\u00e4tt spriten och gr\u00e4dden och tryck bara n\u00e5gon g\u00e5ng p\u00e5 knappen s\u00e5 att det blandas utan att gr\u00e4dden vispas h\u00e5rd. St\u00e4ll blandningen att svalna. H\u00e4ll den kalla glassmeten i glassmaskinen. N\u00e4r glassen \u00e4r klar l\u00e4gger du den i en bunke med lock i frysen fram till servering. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">N\u00e4r det s\u00e5 \u00e4r dags att servera din djupt bl\u00e5lila vackra och goda bl\u00e5b\u00e4rsglass l\u00e4gger du upp en kula glass, \u00f6ver glasskulan river du skal fr\u00e5n en v\u00e4l tv\u00e4ttad lime p\u00e5 den finaste rivningen p\u00e5 rivj\u00e4rnet. D\u00e4refter toppar du med en klick l\u00f6svispad gr\u00e4dde med lite \u00e4kta vanilj i och smular \u00f6ver n\u00e5gra frystorkade hallon, man kan \u00e4ven ta hallonpulver och str\u00f6 \u00f6ver.
