Som tur \u00e4r har de l\u00e5ng h\u00e5llbarhet s\u00e5 vi kan knapra tacos i olika tappning f\u00f6r variation. Jag har till och med skapat en efterr\u00e4ttstaco med jordgubbar &#8211; recept kommer fram\u00f6ver! H\u00e4r blir det lax som bakas i ugn med citron och en aning gr\u00f6n tabasco. Om du inte pr\u00f6vat gr\u00f6n tabasco kan jag varmt rekommendera den, s\u00e4rskilt i marinader till fisk. Den \u00e4r inte s\u00e5 het och har h\u00e4rligt \u00f6rtig toner med viss friskhet. Laxbitarna serveras med nykokt potatis i skivor, strimlad sallad och r\u00f6dl\u00f6k samt en salsa p\u00e5 yoghurt med dill, gurka och citron som \u00e4ven f\u00e5r smak av den gr\u00f6na tabascon. L\u00e4gg dillen i en mixer, h\u00e4ll den uppv\u00e4rmda oljan \u00f6ver och mixa i 6-7 minuter s\u00e5 att allt klorofyll och all smak f\u00e4lls ut. Sila och l\u00e5t svalna. Det avsilade dillhacket h\u00e4ller du i din yoghurtsalsa. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">G\u00f6r salsan: riv gurkan, blanda med yoghurt, citronjuice, \u00f6rtsalt, gr\u00f6n tabasco och finhackad l\u00f6k. Smaka av om du beh\u00f6ver mer syra, s\u00e4lta, hetta? St\u00e4ll salsan \u00e5t sidan s\u00e5 att smakerna blandas n\u00e4r du \u00e4r n\u00f6jd med balansen i den. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Koka potatisen under tiden som du tar itu med laxen. L\u00e4gg laxen i en form med marinaden som du blandat av citronsaft, citronskal, \u00f6rtsalt och gr\u00f6n tabasco. Se till att alla laxbitarna har lite marinad p\u00e5 sig. Baka i ugnen i 5-10 minuter, beroende p\u00e5 hur stora kuber du gjort. Laxen ska bara precis bli klar, jag vill g\u00e4rna ha den med en liten r\u00e5 k\u00e4rna i mitten \u00e0 la sashimi. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Servering: V\u00e4rm tortillabr\u00f6d i ugn, micro eller stekpanna enligt anvisningar p\u00e5 f\u00f6rpackningen.
