Jag har ju blivit lite k\u00e4r i gochujang och har samtidigt l\u00e4rt mig av fenomenala Jennie Walld\u00e9n att man med f\u00f6rdel kan blanda den med gr\u00e4dde. Sagt och gjort &#8211; det blev en kr\u00e4mig, hetsyrlig aromatiskt kryddig pasta som jag varmt kan rekommendera, vare sig du utg\u00e5r fr\u00e5n rester av grillad kyckling eller b\u00f6rjar fr\u00e5n grunden med kycklingen. D\u00e5 kan du g\u00e4rna ta l\u00e5rfil\u00e9er som du sk\u00e4r i bitar. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong><em>Du beh\u00f6ver f\u00f6r ca 4 personer: <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">ca 400-600 gram kyckling, grillad eller f\u00e4rsk strimlad<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">1 gul l\u00f6k eller 2-3 schalottenl\u00f6kar (beroende p\u00e5 hur stora de \u00e4r) <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">olja att steka l\u00f6ken i<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">3 vitl\u00f6ksklyftor, skalade och hackade<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">1\/2 tsk torkad mald ingef\u00e4ra <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">1\/2 tsk torkad mald koriander<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">1 zucchini, skuren i sm\u00e5 t\u00e4rningar (kan ers\u00e4ttas med bladspenat, broccoli, \u00e4rtor..) <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">drygt 1 dl vitt vin<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">ca 2-3 dl gr\u00e4dde<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">1 msk gochujang (koreansk chilipasta, finns numera i de flesta mataff\u00e4rer) <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">\u00f6rter &#8211; torkade och f\u00e4rska<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">1&#8211;2 msk kycklingfond, koncentrerad p\u00e5 flaska (man kan \u00e4ven ta kalvfond)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">en skv\u00e4tt soja, jag anv\u00e4nder japansk Kikkoman<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">v\u00e5rl\u00f6k, sk\u00f6ljd och strimlad till servering<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">f\u00e4rsk r\u00f6d chili, strimlad, till servering<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">svartpeppar (sojan och fonden brukar r\u00e4cka som s\u00e4lta tillsammans med gochujangen)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong><em>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r: <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Stek den hackade l\u00f6ken i oljan p\u00e5 medell\u00e5g v\u00e4rme tills den mjuknat helt och blivit mild och fin i smaken. Om du anv\u00e4nder f\u00e4rsk kyckling tills\u00e4tter du den nu med vitl\u00f6ken och steker den en aning innan du forts\u00e4tter receptet. Har du f\u00e4rdiggrillad\/stekt kyckling tills\u00e4tter du i st\u00e4llet vitl\u00f6ken, korianderpulvret och ingef\u00e4rspulvret och steker ett tag till innan du f\u00f6rst h\u00e4ller i zucchinit\u00e4rningarna och sedan h\u00e4ller p\u00e5 vinet och l\u00e5ter det puttra en aning. Tills\u00e4tt gr\u00e4dden, gochujang, \u00f6rter, peppar, fond och soja. L\u00e5t puttra ihop innan du tills\u00e4tter \u00e4ven den strimlade grillade kycklingen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Koka pastan under tiden s\u00e5 den \u00e4r perfekt al dente, t\u00e4nk p\u00e5 att pastan mjuknar \u00e4nnu mer i s\u00e5sen sedan. H\u00e4ll av den nykokta pastan och h\u00e4ll den direkt ner i s\u00e5sen, blanda runt och toppa med v\u00e5rl\u00f6k och chili.
