Kycklingen kryddas bland annat med  en kryddblandning jag g\u00f6r som s\u00e4gs vara immunst\u00e4rkande och steks med citronhalvor som sedan pressas \u00f6ver kycklingen. Kryddblandningen inneh\u00e5ller f\u00e4nk\u00e5lsfr\u00f6n, korianderfr\u00f6n, svartpeppar, gurkmeja, spiskummin, mald ingef\u00e4ra, kanel samt salt. Kycklingen serveras p\u00e5 en b\u00e4dd av sallad med rostad s\u00f6tpotatis, kokta r\u00f6dbetor och spenat. Man kan \u00e4ven ha med quinoa f\u00f6r extra fyllighet. Dekorera g\u00e4rna med chili och f\u00e4rsk koriander. Till serveras en s\u00e5s med tahini, citron, lime, ingef\u00e4ra, vitl\u00f6k och soja. Skaka eller r\u00f6r runt s\u00e5 du f\u00e5r olja och kryddor p\u00e5 alla bitarna. H\u00e4ll upp dem i en ugnspl\u00e5t eller ugnsform och rosta i ugnen p\u00e5 ca 180 grader ca 30 minuter tills bitarna f\u00e5tt fin f\u00e4rg och blivit helt mjuka. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Koka och skala r\u00f6dbetorna, sk\u00e4r i klyftor. Eller s\u00e5 anv\u00e4nder du f\u00e4rdigkokta r\u00f6dbetor och bara sk\u00e4r dem i klyftor. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Sk\u00f6lj salladen och centrifugera i en salladsslunga eller torka den. L\u00e4gg upp p\u00e5 ett fat. Toppa fatet med den n\u00e5got avsvalnade s\u00f6tpotatisen samt r\u00f6dbetorna. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">L\u00e4gg kycklingen p\u00e5 en sk\u00e4rbr\u00e4da, torka av den och krydda med kryddblandningen, peppar, salt, g\u00e4rna r\u00f6kt paprikapulver och timjan eller rosmarin. Hetta upp olja i en stekpanna och l\u00e4gg i kycklingen samt citronhalvor. Stek kycklingen p\u00e5 b\u00e5da sidor tills den f\u00e5tt fin f\u00e4rg och \u00e4r genomstekt, det ska komma klar saft ur den n\u00e4r du sticker i den. Anv\u00e4nd en t\u00e5ng f\u00f6r att pressa saften ur citronerna som blandar sig med kycklingens steksky till en underbar s\u00e5s. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Under tiden som kycklingen steks l\u00e4gger du alla ingredienser till dressingen i en h\u00f6g sk\u00e5l som du kan anv\u00e4nda en stavmixer i. Mixa allt sl\u00e4tt, smaka av om du beh\u00f6ver mer av n\u00e5got &#8211; syra, s\u00e4lta..? H\u00e4ll upp s\u00e5sen i en vacker sk\u00e5l. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Arrangera kycklingbitarna p\u00e5 salladen och dekorera med chili och koriander.
