Vispa upp \u00e4ggen l\u00e4tt s\u00e5 gula och vita blandas, tills\u00e4tt den rivna zucchinin, purjol\u00f6ken, vitl\u00f6k, ingef\u00e4ra (pressa saften i s\u00e5sen och anv\u00e4nd det mer solida rivet i pl\u00e4ttarna), salt, chili och mj\u00f6lerna. R\u00f6r runt med en slev eller sked s\u00e5 att allt blandas v\u00e4l. Smeten f\u00e5r inte vara f\u00f6r l\u00f6s. N\u00e4r jag pr\u00f6vade f\u00f6rsta g\u00e5ngen gjorde jag som Jennie och f\u00f6rs\u00f6kte steka en stor pannkaka, men den f\u00f6ll bara is\u00e4r. D\u00e4rf\u00f6r hade jag i mer mj\u00f6l och valde att g\u00f6ra sm\u00e5 pl\u00e4ttar p\u00e5 ca 4-5 cm i diameter. Hetta upp en skv\u00e4tt olja i en stekpanna, l\u00e4gg i klickar av zucchinismeten och stek \u00f6ver medelh\u00f6g v\u00e4rme tills de blivit gyllenbruna p\u00e5 ena sidan, v\u00e4nd och stek dem lika vackra p\u00e5 andra sidan. Servera direkt eller l\u00e4gg p\u00e5 ett fat p\u00e5 v\u00e4rmning i ugnen.
