Om du f\u00e5r tag p\u00e5 ramsl\u00f6k kan jag varmt rekommendera att g\u00f6ra cr\u00e8me genom att helt enkelt mixa en massa ramsl\u00f6ksblad med en mild olja och lite salt tills den \u00e4r s\u00e5 sl\u00e4t det g\u00e5r och klorofyllet f\u00e4llts ut s\u00e5 den \u00e4r vackert djupgr\u00f6n. Frys in den i sm\u00e5 plastbyttor eller i iskubsformar. Underbart att sedan plocka fram och anv\u00e4nda i allt m\u00f6jligt gott &#8211; som h\u00e4r. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>F\u00f6rsta varvet anv\u00e4nde jag ramsl\u00f6kscr\u00e8men i s\u00e5sen jag serverade till p\u00e5sklammet. En s\u00e5s p\u00e5 sm\u00f6rstekt schalottenl\u00f6k, vitt vin, gr\u00e4dde, kalvfond, aning japansk soja f\u00f6r umami, peppar och s\u00e5 ramsl\u00f6kscr\u00e8men mot slutet.
