H\u00f6j v\u00e4rmen en aning samtidigt som du h\u00e4ller i det vita vinet, l\u00e5t puttra ihop ett tag innan du tills\u00e4tter gr\u00e4dden, gochujangen och hummerfonden. L\u00e5t puttra ihop, smaks\u00e4tt med pressad rostad citron (enklast brukar vara att pressa den genom en tesil f\u00f6r att inte f\u00e5 med k\u00e4rnorna, tag g\u00e4rna med lite av fruktk\u00f6ttet men som sagt utan k\u00e4rnor). Smaka av om du vill ha mer gochujang. N\u00e4r s\u00e5sen puttrat ihop till fin konsistens och smak kokar du pastan och strax innan den \u00e4r klar l\u00e4gger du i r\u00e4korna s\u00e5 att de precis bara blir varma utan att bli sega.
