G\u00f6r en sorbet och servera! H\u00e4r har jag dessutom gjort en fr\u00e4sch liten fruktsallad p\u00e5 bara jordgubbar med \u00f6rter &#8211; citronverbena, citrontimjan och mynta som tillsammans  med citruslik\u00f6r blir perfekt att l\u00e4gga en kula nyslungad sorbet p\u00e5. En coupe full av sommarsmak! <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">B\u00e4st blir det om du har glassmaskin, om du inte har det \u00e4r det bra om du g\u00e5r och r\u00f6r i bunken med j\u00e4mna mellanrum f\u00f6r att motverka iskristaller. Lyft kastrullen fr\u00e5n v\u00e4rmen och st\u00e4ll den svalna. Snoppa jordgubbarna och l\u00e4gg dem i en mixer tillsammans med den avsvalnade sockerlagen. Mixa till en sl\u00e4t smet, st\u00e4ll i kylen tills det \u00e4r dags att k\u00f6ra den i glassmaskinen. Jag l\u00e4ste att glass och sorbet skulle bli b\u00e4ttre i konsistensen utan iskristaller om man gnider in bunken med sprit som glassen slungas i. Det funkar, s\u00e5 nu g\u00f6r jag g\u00e4rna det &#8211; ta vodka eller n\u00e5gon ej f\u00f6r stark nubbe. Det b\u00e4sta \u00e4r om den f\u00f6rvaras i frysen s\u00e5 \u00e4r den kall n\u00e4r man gnider p\u00e5 den med hj\u00e4lp av hush\u00e5llspapper. N\u00e4r sorbeten har stelnat och snurrar s\u00e5 att s\u00e4ga runt sin egen axel \u00e4r den klar att lyftas ur och l\u00e4ggas i en plastbunke med lock i frysen fram till servering. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Medan sorbeten slungas g\u00f6r du jordgubbssalladen: Snoppa jordgubbarna och sk\u00e4r dem i sm\u00e5 bitar, l\u00e4gg i en bunke. Finhacka fr\u00e4scha blad fr\u00e5n \u00f6rterna och tills\u00e4tt dem. H\u00e4ll p\u00e5 lite lik\u00f6r och blanda runt. Smaka av om du beh\u00f6ver mer socker (lik\u00f6r eller socker och d\u00e5 g\u00e4rna florsocker f\u00f6r att det inte ska bli knastrigt om sockerkornen inte l\u00f6ser upp sig. St\u00e4ll kallt till servering. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Vid servering l\u00e4gger du en eller tv\u00e5 skedar av jordgubbshacket i botten p\u00e5 couper eller sk\u00e5lar och toppar med en kula sorbet. Dekorera g\u00e4rna med blomma eller \u00f6rtblad.
