Sk\u00e4r galangalen i bitar och l\u00e4gg i tillsammans med limebladen, chilin och sockret. L\u00e4gg i kycklingk\u00f6ttet skuret i ganska tunna skivor och l\u00e5t koka \u00f6ver svag v\u00e4rme tills det \u00e4r genomkokt. Smaks\u00e4tt med limejuicen och fisks\u00e5sen (nam pla). L\u00e4gg i korianderbladen inf\u00f6r serveringen och smaka av. Servera med ris i sk\u00e5lar p\u00e5 thail\u00e4ndskt vis eller som den \u00e4r.
