V\u00e4nd sist ner \u00e4ggvitorna f\u00f6rsiktigt och blanda s\u00e5 du f\u00e5r en homogen massa men f\u00f6rs\u00f6k beh\u00e5lla s\u00e5 mycket av luften som m\u00f6jligt.<\/p>\n<p>H\u00e4ll smeten i en smord ugnsfast form. St\u00e4ll formen i en st\u00f6rre form, som du h\u00e4ller vatten i s\u00e5 det n\u00e5r \u00e5tminstone&nbsp;upp till halva formen med din citronpudding. Om puddingen tar f\u00f6r mycket f\u00e4rg l\u00e4gger du ett bakpl\u00e5tspapper eller sm\u00f6rpapper \u00f6ver den och forts\u00e4tter gr\u00e4ddningen.<\/p>\n<p>Servera puddingen direkt, med iskall ovispad gr\u00e4dde &#8211; kontrasten \u00e4r mycket god!
