Jag har lagat den i n\u00e4stan femton \u00e5r, och forts\u00e4tter glatt m\u00e5ngen vinterdag!<\/h2>\n<p><em><strong>Du beh\u00f6ver till ca 4 personer:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>8 mor\u00f6tter, skalade och&nbsp;skurna i bitar \u2013 ju tunnare skivor desto mer snabblagad \u00e4r soppan<\/p>\n<p>1 gul l\u00f6k eller 2-3 schalottenl\u00f6kar, hackade<\/p>\n<p>ev. 1 vitl\u00f6ksklyfta, skalad och hackad<\/p>\n<p>2-5 cm&nbsp;f\u00e4rsk ingef\u00e4ra, skalad och skuren i tunna skivor<\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00f6nsaksbuljong av god kvalitet, \u2013 b\u00f6rja med en liter vatten och tv\u00e5 t\u00e4rningar<\/p>\n<p>1-2 apelsiner, den pressade saften<\/p>\n<p>Peppar och ev. lite salt \u2013 smaka av eftersom buljongen ger s\u00e4lta<\/p>\n<p>olivolja och\/eller sm\u00f6r till stekning<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Man kan g\u00f6ra den ultrasnabba verisonen genom att bara koka mor\u00f6tter och l\u00f6k eller s\u00e5 steker man l\u00f6k och vitl\u00f6k i olja och\/eller sm\u00f6r f\u00f6r mer raffinemang i smaken innan mor\u00f6tterna tills\u00e4tts och d\u00e4refter buljongen.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e5t soppan koka under lock tills mor\u00f6tterna mjuknat. Tag kastrullen av v\u00e4rmen och mixa med mixerstav tills allt mixats samman till en ganska sl\u00e4t soppa. Smaks\u00e4tt med den f\u00e4rskpressade saften fr\u00e5n apelsin och n\u00e5gra tag p\u00e5 pepparkvarnen. F\u00f6r extra rivigt bett n\u00e4r jag \u00e4r f\u00f6rkyld brukar jag tills\u00e4tta lite f\u00e4rsk riven ingef\u00e4ra precis innan servering.<\/p>\n<p>Om man vill kan soppan g\u00e4rna&nbsp;serveras med n\u00e5gra blad f\u00e4rsk koriander, eller rentav en olja du gjort genom att mixa en god olja \u2013 g\u00e4rna olivolja \u2013 med f\u00e4rsk koriander. Ringla i lite av den gr\u00f6nskimrande oljan vid serveringen.
