Tryck ut varje mandel ur skalet. L\u00e4gg de sk\u00e5llade mandlarna p\u00e5 hush\u00e5llspapper eller k\u00f6kshandduk att torka helt innan du forts\u00e4tter.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e4r mandeln \u00e4r helt torr hackar du den p\u00e5 l\u00e4ngden s\u00e5 du f\u00e5r avl\u00e5nga mandelsplitter.<\/p>\n<p>Sm\u00e4lt chokladen i tjockbottnad kastrull \u00f6ver l\u00e4gsta v\u00e4rmen. Det h\u00e4r tycker jag \u00e4r det b\u00e4sta s\u00e4ttet att sm\u00e4lta choklad eftersom man med dagens spisar har god koll p\u00e5 temperaturen s\u00e5 den inte blir f\u00f6r h\u00f6g. Anv\u00e4nder du vattenbad riskerar du att f\u00e5 vatten\u00e5nga i chokladen och d\u00e5 sk\u00e4r den sig. R\u00f6r om d\u00e5 och d\u00e5. N\u00e4r all choklad sm\u00e4lt tills\u00e4tter du den hackade mandeln. Klicka upp p\u00e5 en bakpl\u00e5tskl\u00e4dd pl\u00e5t. L\u00e5t stelna i rumstemperatur.
