P\u00e5 vintern kan man \u00e4ven g\u00f6ra den med gr\u00e4dde och till exempel exotiska frukter, eller varf\u00f6r inte med en god chokladmousse och dekorerad med apelsinklyftor, mandarinklyftor eller halvfrusna hallon.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><em><span style=\"color: #000000\">Du beh\u00f6ver: <\/span><\/em><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">3 \u00e4ggvitor<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">1\u00bd dl str\u00f6socker, eller g\u00e4rna ljust muscavadosocker<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">150-200 gram mandel, sk\u00e5llad och hackad<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><em>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/em><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Vispa \u00e4ggvitorna till riktigt h\u00e5rt skum med n\u00e5gon droppe citronsaft eller en knivsudd salt s\u00e5 g\u00e5r det l\u00e4ttare att f\u00e5 dem att styvna. Tills\u00e4tt socker lite i taget under vispning. V\u00e4nd sist ner den hackade mandeln f\u00f6rsiktigt. Bred ut en rundel p\u00e5 ett bakpl\u00e5tspapper, ca 2-3 cm tjock. Gr\u00e4dda i 150 grader i ugnen ca 45 minuter. H\u00e5ll uppsikt s\u00e5 den inte br\u00e4nns. Den ska b\u00f6rja bli torr i kanterna och kan spricka lite i kanten \u2013 den kanske beh\u00f6ver l\u00e4ngre tid i ugnen \u00e4n 45 minuter.
