Eller till ugnsbakad lax eller\u2026 Otroligt snabblagad och \u00e4nd\u00e5 s\u00e5 goood!<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\"><em><strong>Du beh\u00f6ver:<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">B\u00f6nor efter hum\u00f6r och smak (t.ex. cannellini, borlotti, kidney, blackeyed..)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Ruccola<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">R\u00f6dl\u00f6k<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Tomater<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Ev. soltorkade tomater<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Ev. f\u00e4rsk basilika<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\"><em><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Dressing: Jag brukar antingen g\u00f6ra det v\u00e4ldigt enkelt med bara balsamvin\u00e4ger och olivolja, eller g\u00f6ra en fransk salladsdressing p\u00e5 antingen r\u00f6dvinsvin\u00e4ger, vitvinsvin\u00e4ger eller balsamvin\u00e4ger (se recept nedan). Ett annat alternativ \u2013 beroende p\u00e5 vad man vill servera b\u00f6nsalladen till \u2013 \u00e4r en dressing p\u00e5 citron och olivolja, g\u00e4rna med vitl\u00f6k och \u00f6rter i.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Om du anv\u00e4nder torkade b\u00f6nor, vilket ju \u00e4r billigare, ska du komma ih\u00e5g att bl\u00f6tl\u00e4gga dem dagen innan och sedan koka dem enligt f\u00f6rpackningens anvisningar. Det \u00e4r annars smidigt och l\u00e4tt att h\u00e4lla upp en burk b\u00f6nor fr\u00e5n burk, \u00e4ven om jag kan fundera p\u00e5 om de verkligen \u00e4r lika nyttiga..? Hur som helst \u00e4r det l\u00e4tt, men gl\u00f6m inte att sk\u00f6lja dem i kallt vatten i durkslag. L\u00e5t dem rinna av lite innan du h\u00e4ller dem i en sk\u00e5l tillsammans med sk\u00f6ljd och torkad ruccola. Du har v\u00e4l en salladsslunga? Det \u00e4r den pryl i k\u00f6ket som jag minst anade att jag beh\u00f6vde innan jag fick en! Titta bara p\u00e5 m\u00e4ngden vatten man slungar bort fr\u00e5n salladsbladen s\u00e5 f\u00f6rst\u00e5r man hela vitsen med salladsslungan! Blanda ner hackade tomater, strimlad r\u00f6dl\u00f6k och ev. soltorkade tomater som bl\u00f6tlagts och skurits i bitar.
