F\u00f6r enkelhetens skull anv\u00e4nder jag ofta de praktiska f\u00e4rdiga kik\u00e4rtorna p\u00e5 burk, men h\u00e4ller dem alltid i durkslag och sk\u00f6ljer av dem i <a href=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2011\/06\/IMG_0964.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-22400\" src=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2011\/06\/IMG_0964-225x300.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_0964\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2011\/06\/IMG_0964-225x300.jpg 225w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2011\/06\/IMG_0964-113x150.jpg 113w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2011\/06\/IMG_0964-768x1024.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 225px) 100vw, 225px\" \/><\/a>kallt vatten innan anv\u00e4ndning.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Hoummus \u00e4r ett fantastiskt tillbeh\u00f6r till lamm eller annat k\u00f6tt, men fungerar \u00e4ven tillsammans med ett gott br\u00f6d till f\u00f6rdrinken, eller till och med som matigt p\u00e5l\u00e4gg p\u00e5 en god sm\u00f6rg\u00e5s \u2013 kanske till mats\u00e4ck \u2013 tillsammans med skivad tomat. Man kan \u00e4ven l\u00e4gga det i pitabr\u00f6d med goda saker. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">P\u00e5 sommaren g\u00f6r jag ofta en stor sk\u00e5l och serverar med pitabr\u00f6d eller annat gott br\u00f6d till ett glas vin medan man grillar och sedan det som \u00e4r kvar till det grillade. S\u00e5 s\u00e4tt ig\u00e5ng och pr\u00f6va dig fram till hur du helst vill \u00e4ta din hoummus.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Som kuriosa kan n\u00e4mnas att hoummus betyder just kik\u00e4rtor p\u00e5 arabiska.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong><span style=\"color: #000000\">Du beh\u00f6ver:&nbsp; <\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Kik\u00e4rtor, kokta och avrunna, 2 burkar eller ca 300 gram torkade som bl\u00f6tlagts \u00f6ver natten<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Mald spiskummin, ca \u00bd-1 tsk &#8211; du f\u00e5r smaka dig fram!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Vitl\u00f6k, 1-3 klyftor, skalade och pressade &#8211; smaka dig fram!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Citronsaft fr\u00e5n 1-2 citroner &#8211; \u00e4ven h\u00e4r f\u00e5r du smaka dig fram, eftersom det blir olika varje g\u00e5ng tycker jag<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Olivolja, ca \u00bd-1 dl<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Salt &#8211; smaka!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Ev. lite chili eller cayennepeppar f\u00f6r den som vill ha oortodoxt extra bett<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Tahini (sesampasta \u2013 finns numera ofta i aff\u00e4rer eller i h\u00e4lsokost) &#8211; m\u00e5ste det vara enligt alla aficionados, ca \u00bd-1 dl &#8211; \u00e5terigen f\u00e5r du smaka dig fram till den r\u00e4tta exakta m\u00e4ngden.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Originalreceptet f\u00f6reskriver tahini, men jag hoppar ibland \u00f6ver det n\u00e4r jag inte har det hemma, och tycker det blir gott \u00e4nd\u00e5. Vitl\u00f6ksm\u00e4ngden avg\u00f6r du sj\u00e4lv, jag brukar anv\u00e4nda en vitl\u00f6ksklyfta till en burk kik\u00e4rtor. Citronsaften kan du ocks\u00e5 laborera med efter smak, ta i lite i taget och smaka av tillsammans med saltet. Faktum \u00e4r att olivoljan g\u00f6r hoummusen fluffig och fin. Tills\u00e4tt citronsaft och salt efter smak. Ibland sp\u00e4der jag med lite naturell yoghurt, n\u00e5got som s\u00e4kert de renl\u00e4riga f\u00f6rfasas \u00f6ver, men det blir b\u00e5de bra konsistens och smak. H\u00e4ll upp i en sk\u00e5l och g\u00f6r en l\u00e4tt urgr\u00f6pning ovanp\u00e5 d\u00e4r du h\u00e4ller en skv\u00e4tt olivolja.
