Som tillbeh\u00f6r till exempel goda b\u00f6nor som kokas och serveras med en fr\u00e4sch tomatsalsa gjord p\u00e5 f\u00e4rska ljuvliga coctailtomater som sk\u00e4rs i bitar och blandas med lite finhackad vitl\u00f6k som man mosar tillsammans med salt med hj\u00e4lp av knivbladet till en pasta som blandas med tomathacket och hackad f\u00e4rsk basilika, kanske fr\u00e5n tr\u00e4dg\u00e5rden eller balkongen. Och genast har man en h\u00e4rlig m\u00e5ltid som v\u00e4rmer sj\u00e4l och kropp. Receptet p\u00e5 risotton hittar du h\u00e4r:&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/katinkaskitchen.com\/?p=318\">http:\/\/katinkaskitchen.com\/?p=318<\/a>&nbsp;G\u00f6r den med eller utan saffran. Det \u00e4r inte sv\u00e5rt att g\u00f6ra en riktigt god risotto, tar bara lite tid att r\u00f6ra ihop eftersom den beh\u00f6ver passning och omr\u00f6rning f\u00f6r att bli ljuvligt kr\u00e4mig. Tv\u00e5 saker ska man t\u00e4nka p\u00e5 f\u00f6rutom k\u00e4rlek och magi och omr\u00f6rningen:-): att inte sn\u00e5la med m\u00e4ngden vitt vin och inte heller sn\u00e5la med parmesanen, som g\u00e4rna ska vara av god kvalitet och smak f\u00f6r den h\u00e4rliga s\u00e4ltan och stinget i smaken.
