Faktum \u00e4r att jag brukar publicera det h\u00e4r receptet mitt i h\u00f6gsommaren, men med den tidiga v\u00e4rme vi njuter i \u00e5r k\u00e4nns det h\u00f6gaktuellt att g\u00f6ra en svalkande fr\u00e4sch gazpacho!<\/h3>\n<p><em><strong>Du beh\u00f6ver, till 4 personer som huvudr\u00e4tt eller till 6-8 personer som f\u00f6rr\u00e4tt:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>2 st stora skalade tomater<\/p>\n<p>1 gr\u00f6n gurka i halvor p\u00e5 l\u00e4ngden<\/p>\n<p>1 medelstor gul l\u00f6k<\/p>\n<p>2 burkar (\u00e0 400 gr) tomatjuice<\/p>\n<p>3 msk olivolja<\/p>\n<p>2-3 msk r\u00f6d vin\u00e4ger<\/p>\n<p>1\/8-1\/4 tsk r\u00f6d tabasco<\/p>\n<p>1 tsk salt<\/p>\n<p>1\/8 tsk mald svartpeppar<\/p>\n<p>2 vitl\u00f6ksklyftor<\/p>\n<p>2 dl br\u00f6dkuber (till krutonger)<\/p>\n<p>1 r\u00e5gad dl finskuren gr\u00e4sl\u00f6k<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Blanda f\u00f6ljande, som du delat i stora bitar, i mixer:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>1 tomat<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 gurka<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 gul l\u00f6k<\/p>\n<p>1\/4 urk\u00e4rnad gr\u00f6n paprika<\/p>\n<p>Sl\u00e5 i 1\/2 burk tomatjuice, K\u00f6r till pur\u00e9, ca 30 sek.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Blanda gr\u00f6nsakspur\u00e9n med resten av tomatjuicen i en stor sk\u00e5l, tills\u00e4tt h\u00e4lften av oljan, vin\u00e4ger, tabasco, salt och peppar. T\u00e4ck sk\u00e5len och st\u00e4ll i kylen i 2 timmar eller mer s\u00e5 smakerna mognar och gifter ihop sig.<\/p>\n<p>Gnugga en stekpanna med en ituskuren vitl\u00f6ksklyfta. V\u00e4rm resten av oljan och stek br\u00f6dkuberna tills de \u00e4r frasiga och f\u00e5tt f\u00e4rg. H\u00e4ll upp dem i en sk\u00e5l.<\/p>\n<p>Hacka det som \u00e4r kvar av tomater, paprika, l\u00f6k och gurka och l\u00e4gg upp i varsin liten sk\u00e5l. L\u00e4gg \u00e4ven den finskurna gr\u00e4sl\u00f6ken i en liten sk\u00e5l.<\/p>\n<p>Strax f\u00f6re serveringen pressas en (g\u00e4rna f\u00e4rsk) vitl\u00f6ksklyfta ner i soppan. R\u00f6r om v\u00e4l.
