Tills\u00e4tt sm\u00f6ret, finf\u00f6rdela eller k\u00f6r n\u00e5gra varv med matberedaren s\u00e5 sm\u00f6ret blir smuligt i mj\u00f6let. H\u00e4ll i v\u00e4tskan och arbeta snabbt ihop till en deg. Degar (eller smeter) som inneh\u00e5ller bakpulver ska inte arbetas l\u00e4nge). Dela degen i tv\u00e5 delar och platta ut till kakor som \u00e4r ca 2 cm tjocka som du l\u00e4gger p\u00e5 smord pl\u00e5t eller \u00e4nnu hellre p\u00e5 bakpl\u00e5tspapper.
