Det blir vackert gyllengula p\u00e4ron med en ljuvligt kryddig smak.<\/h3>\n<p>Servera dem g\u00e4rna som de \u00e4r med l\u00f6svispad gr\u00e4dde eller vaniljglass \u2013 kanske lite extra festligt med en god choklads\u00e5s ocks\u00e5.<\/p>\n<h4>Du beh\u00f6ver till 4 personer:<\/h4>\n<p>\u00bd-1 p\u00e4ron per person (beroende p\u00e5 hunger och vad du serverar dem med)<\/p>\n<p>Sockerlag gjord p\u00e5 lika delar vatten och socker \u2013 g\u00e4rna r\u00e5r\u00f6rsocker<\/p>\n<p>Sockerlagen skall tillsammans med vinet t\u00e4cka p\u00e4ronen i kastrullen, men till fyra personer kan det r\u00e4cka med 1\u00bd-2 dl vatten blandat med lika mycket socker<\/p>\n<p>1 vaniljst\u00e5ng<\/p>\n<p>2 stj\u00e4rnanis<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd-1 paket saffran<\/p>\n<p>3-5 dl vitt vin, g\u00e4rna med lite syra i, t.ex. en tysk riesling (jag kokade i Schloss Vollrads)<\/p>\n<h4>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/h4>\n<p>Blanda alla ingredienserna till lagen utom vineti en kastrull som rymmer alla p\u00e4ronen och lagen s\u00e5 p\u00e4ronen t\u00e4cks. L\u00e5t lagen koka upp medan du skalar p\u00e4ronen men beh\u00e5ller skaften. L\u00e4gg i p\u00e4ronen i lagen och fyll p\u00e5 med vitt vin s\u00e5 det t\u00e4cker. L\u00e5t puttra under lock i ca 30 minuter tills p\u00e4ronen blivit mjuka. St\u00e4ll hela kastrullen att svalna. Du kan f\u00f6rvara de inkokta p\u00e4ronen i en burk med lock i kylen i gott och v\u00e4l en vecka.
