En utm\u00e4rkt snabblagad middag som passar fantastiskt bra till lunch n\u00e4r man haft lite v\u00e4l roligt kv\u00e4llen innan:-)<\/h3>\n<p>Medan du kokar pastan (jag brukar f\u00f6redra spaghetti) i rikligt med saltat vatten fr\u00e4ser du strimlad bacon (eller sidfl\u00e4sk). N\u00e4r pastan \u00e4r al dente, d.v.s. med en liten h\u00e5rd k\u00e4rna fortfarande s\u00e5 den inte blir \u00f6verkokt och klibbig h\u00e4ller du av vattnet och blandar pastan med de stekta baconbitarna. R\u00f6r ner \u00e4ggulor som du vispat upp och blandat med riven parmesan. Den som vill kan ha lite gr\u00e4dde i f\u00f6r extra kr\u00e4mighet, men jag f\u00f6redrar den puritansk. Det \u00e4r viktigt att du inte har n\u00e5gon v\u00e4rme under kastrullen n\u00e4r du blandar i \u00e4ggulorna, s\u00e5 de inte koagulerar. L\u00e4gg upp direkt p\u00e5 tallrikar och l\u00e4gg en \u00e4ggula p\u00e5 varje portion. Mal rikligt med svartpeppar \u00f6ver.
