Det brukar g\u00f6ra succ\u00e9 och ge upphov till intressanta diskussioner vid matbordet.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Du beh\u00f6ver:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>2-3 gula (eller r\u00f6da) l\u00f6kar av god kvalitet<\/p>\n<p>saft fr\u00e5n 1 citron<\/p>\n<p>en rej\u00e4l nypa salt<\/p>\n<p>lite mald spiskummin att str\u00f6 \u00f6ver<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\"><em><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Skala n\u00e5gra gula l\u00f6kar och dela dem i halvor. Strimla l\u00f6ken tunt i skivor (halva ringar). Pressa citronsaft, eller limesaft, \u00f6ver och str\u00f6 salt \u00f6ver. F\u00f6r b\u00e5de smak och utseende tar jag g\u00e4rna spiskummin och str\u00f6r p\u00e5 tillsammans med paprikapulver. Marineringen i l\u00f6k och salt g\u00f6r att den r\u00e5a l\u00f6ken blir mjuk och mild i smaken och ett mycket gott tillbeh\u00f6r till indisk \u2013 eller annan \u2013 mat.
