Och det forts\u00e4tter i februari just detta \u00e5r d\u00e5 m\u00e5nga arbetar hemifr\u00e5n. Jag vill sl\u00e5 ett slag f\u00f6r goda soppor; v\u00e4rmande, l\u00e4ttlagade och alldeles utm\u00e4rkt mat till vardags. Andra kan man piffa upp med a\u00efoli eller bara en enkel snabbversion d\u00e4r du blandar cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche med vitl\u00f6k och kanske lite saffran. Ch\u00e8vrer\u00f6ran \u00e4r ochs\u00e5 god att servera i t.ex. tomatsoppan &#8211; eller att bre p\u00e5 br\u00f6det till soppan. Till festligare tillf\u00e4llen kan man dekorera sopptallrikarna b\u00e5de vackert och l\u00e4ckert.
