Anv\u00e4nder du filodeg l\u00e4gger du f\u00f6rst ett ark p\u00e5 ett bakpl\u00e5tspapper, penslar med sm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6r, s\u00e5 ett nytt ark filodeg och s\u00e5 vidare i n\u00e5gra varv.<\/p>\n<p>Skala p\u00e4ronen och sk\u00e4r i vackra skivor. L\u00e4gg skivorna omlott p\u00e5 degplattan i ett vackert m\u00f6nster. Jag brukar g\u00f6ra den h\u00e4r i sin rektangul\u00e4ra form, men den som vill kan g\u00f6ra tarten i en rund form och d\u00e5 l\u00e4gga p\u00e4ronskivorna i vackert solfj\u00e4dersm\u00f6nster. Riv mandelmassan p\u00e5 den grova sidan av rivj\u00e4rnet. Jag brukar riva mandelmassan rakt \u00f6ver tarten. Mandelmassan brukar vilja kladda ihop sig, men det brukar g\u00e5 l\u00e4ttare om man l\u00e4gger den i frysen ett tag innan den ska rivas. Hit kan du f\u00f6rbereda och st\u00e4lla undan tarten med plastfolie \u00f6ver sig f\u00f6r att p\u00e4ronen inte ska m\u00f6rkna s\u00e5 l\u00e4tt. Vet du att den ska st\u00e5 ett tag innan gr\u00e4ddning kan det vara en bra id\u00e9 att pensla pressad citron \u00f6ver p\u00e4ronskivorna f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rhindra oxidering.<\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00e4dda i 200-220 grader i ugnen, ganska l\u00e5gt ner i elugn, men i mitten i gasugn. Detta f\u00f6r att botten ska f\u00e5 chans att gr\u00e4ddas och bli krispig utan att toppen med mandelmassan br\u00e4nns. N\u00e4r degen blivit gr\u00e4ddad gyllenbrun och frasig och mandelmassan tagit lagom f\u00e4rg \u00e4r tarten klar. Det brukar ta ca 20-30 minuter, kanske ytterligare lite tid beroende p\u00e5 din ugn. Titta p\u00e5 den s\u00e5 att den inte blir br\u00e4nd.
