L\u00e4gg i apelsinbitarna i salladen och\/eller h\u00e4ll f\u00e4rskpressad saft \u00f6ver. Avslutningsvis droppar du olivolja \u00f6ver. Smaka av s\u00e5 du tycker det blir en fin smakavv\u00e4gning. L\u00e4gg upp 1-2 skivor r\u00f6kt lax p\u00e5 varje assiett och l\u00e4gg en h\u00f6g sallad bredvid, toppa g\u00e4rna med en bit apelsin och ringla olivolja \u00f6verst.
