Gr\u00f6nsakerna kokas i en mustig buljong, lyfts d\u00e4refter ur buljongen som kokas ihop och blir underbart fyllig varefter gr\u00f6nsakerna f\u00e5r svalna i buljongen. Vid servering kan man ringla lite extra olivolja \u00f6ver. H\u00e4r \u00e4r det som sagt f\u00e4nk\u00e5l som blir delikat tillagad p\u00e5 det h\u00e4r viset, men det passar \u00e4ven med selleri, endiver, purjol\u00f6k, l\u00f6k, paprika, champignoner&#8230; R\u00e4tten passar lika bra som tillbeh\u00f6r vid en m\u00e5ltid, p\u00e5 en h\u00e4rlig buff\u00e9 eller som enkel efterr\u00e4tt med ett gott br\u00f6d att doppa i den goda marinaden &#8211; kanske \u00e4ven med n\u00e5gon god lufttorkad skinka.<a href=\"http:\/\/katinkaskitchen.com\/?attachment_id=13136\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-13136\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-13136\" src=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2012\/01\/IMG_8386-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2012\/01\/IMG_8386-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2012\/01\/IMG_8386-150x112.jpg 150w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2012\/01\/IMG_8386-1024x768.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/h3>\n<p><em><strong>Du beh\u00f6ver f\u00f6r ca \u00bd kg gr\u00f6nsaker:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>5 dl vatten<\/p>\n<p>1 dl olivolja<\/p>\n<p>Saften fr\u00e5n en citron<\/p>\n<p>1-2 schalottenl\u00f6kar, finhackade<\/p>\n<p>n\u00e5gra stj\u00e4lkar persilja<\/p>\n<p>g\u00e4rna en bit selleristj\u00e4lk<\/p>\n<p>1\/4 tsk f\u00e4nk\u00e5lsfr\u00f6n<\/p>\n<p>n\u00e5gra kvistar f\u00e4rsk timjan eller \u00bd tsk torkad timjan<\/p>\n<p>ca 8 korianderfr\u00f6n<\/p>\n<p>2-3 f\u00e4nk\u00e5lsst\u00e5nd, skurna p\u00e5 l\u00e4ngden i fyra delar<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Koka upp alla ingredienser till lagen och l\u00e5t sjuda ett tag innan du l\u00e4gger i gr\u00f6nsakerna (i det h\u00e4r fallet f\u00e4nk\u00e5len skuren l\u00e4ngs med i &#8221;klyftor&#8221; s\u00e5 de fortfarande h\u00e5ller ihop vid basen &#8211; annars faller de is\u00e4r vid kokningen). L\u00e5t sjuda ca 30 minuter tills gr\u00f6nsakerna blivit mjuka men inte f\u00f6r kokta. Jag tycker det \u00e4r gott n\u00e4r det fortfarande finns ett visst stuns i dem, utan att de \u00e4r f\u00f6r mjuka. Lyft upp de f\u00e4rdigkokta gr\u00f6nsakerna och l\u00e4gg p\u00e5 ett djupt fat eller en l\u00e4mplig serveringssk\u00e5l. Koka ihop buljongen till en &nbsp;knapp tredjedel. H\u00e4ll den \u00f6ver gr\u00f6nsakerna och st\u00e4ll att svalna.<\/p>\n<p>Den h\u00e4r r\u00e4tten g\u00e5r utm\u00e4rkt att laga n\u00e5gon dag i f\u00f6rv\u00e4g och l\u00e5ta st\u00e5 svalt \u00f6ver natten i sin lag. Vid servering ringlar du lite extra olivolja \u00f6ver och str\u00f6 g\u00e4rna \u00f6ver finhackade krydd\u00f6rter. P\u00e5 bilden \u00e4r det sl\u00e4tbladig persilja och vippor fr\u00e5n sj\u00e4lva f\u00e4nk\u00e5len (inte dill).
