Koka pastan enligt beskrivningen p\u00e5 f\u00f6rpackningen men se till att den inte blir \u00f6verkokt, utan snarare al dente &#8211; med en liten k\u00e4rna av tuggmotst\u00e5nd i.<\/p>\n<p>Skala och finstrimla schalottenl\u00f6ken, fr\u00e4s den i sm\u00f6r i en stekpanna eller trakt\u00f6rpanna. Tills\u00e4tt vinet och l\u00e5t puttra ett tag innan du h\u00e4ller p\u00e5 gr\u00e4dden eller blandningen av gr\u00e4dde och cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche. Om den l\u00e4ggs i f\u00f6r tidigt \u00e4r det risk att den smulas s\u00f6nder, men smaken blir lika god.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e5t den f\u00e4rdigkokta pastan rinna av hastigt i durkslag, h\u00e4ll tillbaka i kastrullen eller i en vacker sk\u00e5l att servera i.
