Sedan tillbaka till tangentbordet f\u00f6r att skriva mer recept, inspiration, matid\u00e9er och inte minst laga s\u00f6ndagmiddag.<\/h3>\n<h3>Den gamla traditionen med s\u00f6ndagsstek kan med f\u00f6rdel dammas av och g\u00f6ras i alla m\u00f6jliga nya tappningar. Jag hittar ofta stekar av olika slag till bra pris i aff\u00e4rerna &#8211; kalvstek, lammstek, fl\u00e4skstek, hel entrec\u00f4te, hjortstek m.fl.<\/h3>\n<h3>I Katinkas Kitchen blir det idag lammstek kryddad med citronskal, vitl\u00f6k och blandade \u00f6rtkryddor (rosmarin, timjan &amp; herbes de Provence som \u00e4r en blandning med bl.a. de f\u00f6rut n\u00e4mnda) och olivolja. Till den serverar jag idag en h\u00e4rligt kr\u00e4mig potatisgrat\u00e4ng &#8211; comfort food i kylan. Tillbeh\u00f6r f\u00e5r bli balsamicotomater och gr\u00f6na b\u00f6nor, kanske snabbt slungade i sm\u00f6r med finhackad schalottenl\u00f6k. Kr\u00e4mighet fr\u00e5n \u00e4ggulan och luftighet fr\u00e5n den vispade \u00e4ggvitan blandas med fyllighet fr\u00e5n en god m\u00f6rk choklad. Den kan smaks\u00e4ttas med cointreau eller n\u00e5got annat, men idag blir det helt enkelt goda kaksmulor som str\u00f6s \u00f6ver, de belgiska speculooskakorna jag skrivit om tidigare. Fast nu har vi \u00e4ndrat oss och det blir cr\u00e8me br\u00fbl\u00e9e &#8211; dels f\u00f6r att barnen \u00e4lskar det, men ocks\u00e5 f\u00f6r att ta tillvara p\u00e5 \u00e4ggulorna som blev kvar efter g\u00e5rdagens tillagning av bl\u00e5b\u00e4rssuffl\u00e9er.<\/h3>\n<h3>Sedan \u00e4r det dags att b\u00f6rja fundera \u00f6ver veckans enkla l\u00e4ttlagade men v\u00e4lsmakande middagar. Eftersom jag t\u00e4nker p\u00e5 mat i stort sett hela tiden delar jag g\u00e4rna med mig till alla er som \u00e4r i behov av tips och inspiration.
