Goda rester \u00e4r underbart att ha till en andra middag, som jag g\u00e4rna vrider till och har nya tillbeh\u00f6r till eller g\u00f6r n\u00e5gon ny variant med. Den h\u00e4rliga steken eller ankbr\u00f6stet fr\u00e5n helgens festmiddag serveras kallt med uppv\u00e4rmd s\u00e5s, ny klyftpotatis och ett g\u00e4ng goda kokta gr\u00f6nsaker; broccoli, mor\u00f6tter, b\u00f6nor.. Oerh\u00f6rt snabblagat och v\u00e4ldigt mumsigt till en lyxigare vardagsmiddag. Och har du kvar f\u00e4rdigkokta b\u00f6nor \u00e4r det en given succ\u00e9, inte minst hos barnen, att servera dem kalla med balsamvin\u00e4ger och olivolja.<\/h3>\n<h3>Om det inte \u00e4r s\u00e5 mycket k\u00f6tt g\u00f6r jag kanske en pytt tillsammans med en massa rotfrukter. Eller en enkel pastas\u00e5s baserad p\u00e5 tomater eller gr\u00e4dde allt efter tycke, smak och tillg\u00e5ng. En skv\u00e4tt kvarblivet vin, vitl\u00f6k och\/eller l\u00f6k, n\u00e5gon god gr\u00f6nsak som ligger och skvalpar i kylen &#8211; det mesta kan bli en ljuvlig och snabblagad pastas\u00e5s.
