Jag gillar att g\u00f6ra pastan a la italiana, det vill s\u00e4ga med goda ingredienser men inte s\u00e5 s\u00e5sig s\u00e5s.<\/h3>\n<h3>Idag dammar jag av en riktigt god och l\u00e4ttlagad pastar\u00e4tt: med broccoli, sardeller och chili &#8211; allt smaksatt med citron och vitl\u00f6k samt parmesan. Det \u00e4r ett \u00e4ktitalienskt recept som jag vet att Jamie Oliver g\u00f6r en variant p\u00e5. S\u00e5sen blir klar under tiden som du kokar pastan.
