Du lagar den snabbt \u00e4ven en fredagskv\u00e4ll f\u00f6re maten, st\u00e4ller den svalt att vila medan huvudr\u00e4tten serveras.<\/h3>\n<p>Receptet \u00e4r lagom till 4 personer, eller 6 sm\u00e5 portioner.<\/p>\n<h4><em>Du beh\u00f6ver:<\/em><\/h4>\n<p>100 gram m\u00f6rk choklad av god kvalitet (s\u00e5som Lindt &#8211; h\u00e4r g\u00e4rna den m\u00f6rka med havssalt)<\/p>\n<p>3 \u00e4ggvitor (n\u00e5gra droppar citron f\u00f6r att vitorna l\u00e4ttare ska styvna och en knivsudd salt)<\/p>\n<p>1-2 msk str\u00f6socker &#8211; som jag har i sockret n\u00e4r vispar<\/p>\n<p>2 \u00e4ggulor<\/p>\n<p>1 paket hallon<\/p>\n<p>ca 2 msk socker<\/p>\n<h4><em>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/em><\/h4>\n<p>Bryt chokladen i bitar och l\u00e4gg dem i en tjockbottnad kastrull. &nbsp;St\u00e4ll den p\u00e5 l\u00e4gsta v\u00e4rmen p\u00e5 spisen. Passa och r\u00f6r hela tiden s\u00e5 den bara sm\u00e4lter men det inte blir f\u00f6r varmt.<\/p>\n<p>R\u00e5r\u00f6r hallonen med socker. Om hallonen \u00e4r frysta kan du l\u00e4gga dem i en kastrull med sockret och v\u00e4rma p\u00e5 s\u00e5 de tinar, varefter de tas av fr\u00e5n v\u00e4rmen och f\u00e5r svalna.<\/p>\n<p>Dela \u00e4ggen i vitor och gulor. Vispa vitorna med sockret och g\u00e4rna n\u00e5gon droppe citronsaft och lite salt till ett ganska fast skum, men som fortfarande \u00e4r kr\u00e4migt.<\/p>\n<p>Ta den sm\u00e4lta chokladen &nbsp;fr\u00e5n v\u00e4rmen, st\u00e4ll den att svalna ett litet tag och r\u00f6r ner \u00e4ggulorna.<\/p>\n<p>R\u00f6r ner h\u00e4lften av vitorna i chokladsmeten. R\u00f6r runt s\u00e5 blandas ordentligt. V\u00e4nd d\u00e4refter ner resten.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6rdela hallonkompott i vackra glas, kupor eller koppar, fyll p\u00e5 med chokladmoussen och avsluta med en dekorativ hallon. \u00c4r det hallons\u00e4song \u00e4r det vackert att dekorera med n\u00e5gra f\u00e4rska hallon.
