Jag g\u00f6r helst choklads\u00e5sen sj\u00e4lv &#8211; snabbt och enkelt och med ett f\u00f6rf\u00f6riskt resultat. Jag brukar g\u00f6ra den p\u00e5 gr\u00e4dde, men den g\u00e5r \u00e4ven utm\u00e4rkt att g\u00f6ra p\u00e5 vatten. I princip lika delar v\u00e4tska som socker respektive kakao , g\u00e4rna med n\u00e5gra skedar sirap f\u00f6r extra kn\u00e4ckig kolak\u00e4nsla och eventuellt med en gnutt vanilj i. Den beh\u00f6ver bara kokas upp under omr\u00f6rning och \u00e4r klar p\u00e5 nolltid. Servera med en riktigt god vaniljglass, eller till exempel i \u00a0mar\u00e4ngsviss eller till inkokta p\u00e4ron.<\/h3>\n<h3>Om du f\u00e5r n\u00e5gon s\u00e5s \u00f6ver kan du anv\u00e4nda den som bas till en otroligt god varm choklad n\u00e4sta morgon. V\u00e4rm bara mj\u00f6lk och h\u00e4ll p\u00e5!<\/h3>\n<p><strong><em>Du beh\u00f6ver till ca 4 personer:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>knappt 1 dl socker (g\u00e4rna finkornigt r\u00e5socker)<\/p>\n<p>1 dl kakao av god kvalitet (Jag v\u00e4ljer g\u00e4rna Valrhona)<\/p>\n<p>1-1\u00bd dl gr\u00e4dde<\/p>\n<p>ev. 2-3 msk sirap<\/p>\n<p>ev. ett kryddm\u00e5tt \u00e4kta vanilj eller 1\/4 tsk vaniljsocker<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>R\u00f6r samman alla ingredienser i en tjockbottnad kastrull. S\u00e4tt p\u00e5 l\u00e5g till medell\u00e5g v\u00e4rme och v\u00e4rm upp under omr\u00f6rning tills s\u00e5sen tjocknat en aning. Se till s\u00e5 att den inte br\u00e4nns.
