Men eftersom jag t\u00e4nker p\u00e5 mat i princip hela tiden \u00e4r det inte s\u00e5 sv\u00e5rt, utan tv\u00e4rtom ganska kul.<\/h3>\n<h3>Vad g\u00e4ller dagens inspiration f\u00e5r det nog bli ett paket frysta r\u00e4kor jag hittade f\u00f6r ett tag sedan p\u00e5 rea som plockas fram och f\u00e5r tina \u00f6ver dagen i kylen. N\u00e4r r\u00e4korna \u00e4r skalade kokar jag fond p\u00e5 skalen och anv\u00e4nder an annan dag till soppa (se recept h\u00e4r p\u00e5 Katinkas Kitchen) och g\u00f6r en enkel s\u00e5s med schalottenl\u00f6k, vitt vin, gr\u00e4dde och\/eller cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche, \u00f6rtkryddor efter smak, lite cayenne och l\u00e4gger i r\u00e4korna p\u00e5 slutet s\u00e5 de bara v\u00e4rms f\u00f6rsiktigt.
