Eftersom jag \u00e4r uppvuxen med mycket medelhavsmat har den givetvis influerat mig och min matlagning.<\/h3>\n<h3>Olivolja, vitl\u00f6k, citron &#8211; d\u00e4r jag nog anv\u00e4nder mer skal \u00e4n saft, vin (mest vitt), \u00f6rtkryddor &#8211; d\u00e4r rosmarin och timjan h\u00f6r till favoriterna, men \u00e4ven mynta, chili och s\u00e5 favoriten shalottenl\u00f6k \u00e4r n\u00e5gra av de saker jag g\u00e4rna anv\u00e4nder i min matlagning. Parmesan, ch\u00e8vre och de underbara sardellerna \u00e4r andra favoriter. Just olivoljan \u00e4r en stor favorit som jag m\u00e5ste \u00e5terkomma till och skriva mer om fram\u00f6ver.<\/h3>\n<h3>Ingef\u00e4ra tycker jag ocks\u00e5 mycket om, och har skrivit om.
