St\u00e4ll dem hela, g\u00e4rna i grovsalt och baka i 175 grader i drygt en halvtimme, upp till en timme, beroende p\u00e5 storlek. K\u00e4nn med en sticka \u2013 den ska vara helt mjuk inuti. Om man ser v\u00e4tska komma ut ur den och karamelliseras brukar den vara klar. Gott tillbeh\u00f6r till grillat, eller stekt s\u00e5v\u00e4l k\u00f6tt som fisk. Man kan ocks\u00e5 baka dem i halvor, med lite flingsalt och olivolja ringlat \u00f6ver.
