Hon som fr\u00e5gade hade hamnat i en period d\u00e4r det inte k\u00e4ndes kul att laga mat och det \u00e4r sv\u00e5rt att komma p\u00e5 n\u00e5got att laga som \u00e4r enkelt men gott. Vi kom fram till att pasta d\u00e5 kan vara ett alternativ.<\/h3>\n<h3>Jag gillar n\u00e4r pastan \u00e4r som i Italien &#8211; det vill s\u00e4ga inte bara kokt al dente, utan \u00e4ven med en mindre m\u00e4ngd s\u00e5s full av medelhavska smaker. Idag plockar jag d\u00e4rf\u00f6r fram pasta puttanesca &#8211; gl\u00e4djeflickans pasta. Namnet kommer sannolikt fr\u00e5n att det var l\u00e4tt och billigt att finna ingredienserna, i Italien i vart fall. Det kan vara l\u00e4tt att tro att sardellerna skulle ge en smak som avskr\u00e4cker till exempel barn, men sanningen \u00e4r att om man inte talar (!) om att det \u00e4r sardeller i, tycker alla att det det h\u00e4r \u00e4r en underbart ovanligt god pastas\u00e5s som de g\u00e4rna vill ha mer av&#8230;!<\/h3>\n<h3>Numera \u00e4r det l\u00e4tt att finna sardeller i n\u00e4stan alla aff\u00e4rer &#8211; de kan vara lite kluriga att hitta men st\u00e5r ofta bland tonfiskburkarna har jag uppt\u00e4ckt. Zeta har glasburkar med riktigt fina sardeller. Det finns \u00e4ven en liten konservburk i vissa aff\u00e4rer som brukar st\u00e5 bland fiskkonserver i kyldisk, bredvid sill och ansjovis (till Janssons frestelse bland annat).
