Jag serverar dem antingen som de \u00e4r med ett gott br\u00f6d att doppa i den goda s\u00e5sen, eller med nykokt spaghetti som kokats al dente och blandas med de vin\u00e5ngade musslorna och serveras i sin stora kastrull. Det f\u00e5r mig alltid att k\u00e4nna mig som en mama italiana:-)<\/h3>\n<h3>Efter\u00e5t kanske en god glass med hemlagad varm choklads\u00e5s? eller n\u00e5t annat du finner h\u00e4r bredvid under efterr\u00e4tter. Det finns \u00e4ven &#8221;l\u00e4ttlagat &#8211; s\u00f6tt och efter maten&#8221; som du kan botanisera bland. Eller varf\u00f6r inte den enklaste efterr\u00e4tten &#8211; en espresso h\u00e4lld \u00f6ver en kula god vaniljglass. Det kallas caf\u00e9 li\u00e9gois (kaffe fr\u00e5n Li\u00e8ge) och \u00e4r otroligt gott i all sin enkelhet. Jag f\u00e5r just nu m\u00e5nga fr\u00e5gor om mat till Alla hj\u00e4rtans dag, eller Valentine som m\u00e5nga kallar det numera.<\/h3>\n<h3>T\u00e4nkte skriva ihop n\u00e5got om det som ni kan l\u00e4sa om i morgon h\u00e4r p\u00e5 Katinkas Kitchen f\u00f6r tips och inspiration!
