Ja, det beror ju p\u00e5 vilka g\u00e4ster det \u00e4r, men i goda v\u00e4nners lag blir det ofta en varm st\u00e4mning n\u00e4r man lagar mat och pratar under tiden, och sj\u00e4lv beh\u00f6ver man inte stressa s\u00e5. Det viktiga \u00e4r att ha n\u00e5got att bjuda g\u00e4sterna p\u00e5 direkt n\u00e4r de kommer, tycker jag. N\u00e5gon r\u00f6ra att ha till det stora br\u00f6det jag brukar k\u00f6pa med p\u00e5 hemv\u00e4gen \u00e4r ocks\u00e5 gott. Hinner jag g\u00f6r jag g\u00e4rna r\u00f6ran sj\u00e4lv; linsr\u00f6ra, auberginer\u00f6ra, tomat- och sardellr\u00f6ra eller den ljuvliga italienska b\u00f6nr\u00f6ran med rosmarin \u00e4r n\u00e5gra av favoriterna.<\/h3>\n<h3>De k\u00f6pta burkarna med tapenade, gr\u00f6n olivr\u00f6ra, r\u00f6ra p\u00e5 soltorkade tomater eller n\u00e5gon annan \u00e4r ocks\u00e5 utm\u00e4rkta alternativ. Den hugade st\u00e4ller sig kanske och g\u00f6r \u00e4nnu mer avancerade saker, som blomk\u00e5lspur\u00e9 med spansk skinka eller laxrullar till exempel.
