I fruktsk\u00e5len l\u00e5g en apelsin och en citron. Sagt och gjort &#8211; &nbsp;r\u00e4tten pasta med &nbsp;morotsfr\u00e4s var f\u00f6dd! Det kan l\u00e5ta som en konstig kombination men blev en riktigt god och mycket snabblagad pastar\u00e4tt. Jag valde att \u00e4ta den utan parmesan till slut, med lite extra chiliflakes.<\/h3>\n<h3><em>Du beh\u00f6ver f\u00f6r ca 4 pers:<\/em><\/h3>\n<h3>ca 4 mor\u00f6tter<\/h3>\n<h3>2 gula eller r\u00f6da l\u00f6kar<br \/>\n2-3 vitl\u00f6ksklyftor<\/h3>\n<h3>olivolja<\/h3>\n<h3>chiliflakes eller f\u00e4rsk chili<\/h3>\n<h3>citron och\/eller apelsin &#8211; g\u00e4rna b\u00e5de saft och lite rivet skal<\/h3>\n<p><em><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<h3>Riv moroten grovt, strimla r\u00f6dl\u00f6ken och hacka vitl\u00f6ken. Fr\u00e4s l\u00f6k och vitl\u00f6k i olivolja och tills\u00e4tt de rivna mor\u00f6tterna efter ett tag. Krydda med chiliflakes eller ha i hackad f\u00e4rsk chili. Strax f\u00f6re servering tycker jag det \u00e4r gott att pressa apelsin och citron \u00f6ver morotsfr\u00e4set, f\u00f6r c-vitamin och smak. Smaka av med salt och peppar, ringla \u00f6ver mer olivolja och blanda morotsfr\u00e4set med den nykokta pastan. Servera eventuellt med parmesan till, men det \u00e4r \u00e4ven gott utan.<\/h3>\n<h3>Variationer: Jag t\u00e4nker att den kan smaks\u00e4ttas med ingef\u00e4ra ocks\u00e5, g\u00e4rna mer chili. Den som vill kan ha i gr\u00e4dde eller cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche i s\u00e5sen. Rivet citronskal ska jag nog ha i n\u00e4sta g\u00e5ng. Andra varianter \u00e4r att g\u00f6ra morotsfr\u00e4set som en bas och sedan tills\u00e4tta k\u00f6ttf\u00e4rs, eller kanske lammf\u00e4rs. I s\u00e5 fall g\u00e4rna mer vitl\u00f6k och \u00f6rter tror jag.
