Tv\u00e5 flugor i en sm\u00e4ll &#8211; jag slipper g\u00e5 till aff\u00e4ren och ett nytt recept kommer till.<\/h3>\n<h3>Ibland blir det mer lyckat \u00e4n annars, m\u00e5ste medges&#8230; En del av de riktigt lyckade varianterna har ni redan sett h\u00e4r p\u00e5 Katinkas Kitchen; pastas\u00e5s rapatt, tigerr\u00e4kor i ljuvlig s\u00e5s t.ex.<\/h3>\n<h3>Det h\u00e4r receptet \u00e4r lite konstigare men blev godare \u00e4n v\u00e4ntat &#8211; en sorts Italien m\u00f6ter Norden i sin enklaste form. Hemkommen fr\u00e5n resa alldeles genomf\u00f6rkyld fann jag i princip bara mor\u00f6tter, l\u00f6k och vitl\u00f6k i kylen samt en bit parmesan. I fruktsk\u00e5len l\u00e5g en apelsin och en citron. Sagt och gjort &#8211; jag rev moroten grovt, strimlade r\u00f6dl\u00f6ken och hackade vitl\u00f6ken. Allt fr\u00e4stes sedan i olivolja och kryddades med chiliflakes. Strax f\u00f6re servering pressade jag \u00f6ver apelsin och citron, f\u00f6r c-vitamin och smak. Salt och peppar, mer olivolja och kanske parmesanen till och pasta med morotsfr\u00e4s var f\u00f6dd!<\/h3>\n<h3>Jag t\u00e4nker att den kan smaks\u00e4ttas med ingef\u00e4ra ocks\u00e5, g\u00e4rna mer chili. Den som vill kan ha i gr\u00e4dde eller cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche i s\u00e5sen. Rivet citronskal ska jag nog ha i n\u00e4sta g\u00e5ng. Andra varianter \u00e4r att g\u00f6ra den som en bas och sedan tills\u00e4tta k\u00f6ttf\u00e4rs, eller kanske lammf\u00e4rs. I s\u00e5 fall g\u00e4rna mer vitl\u00f6k och \u00f6rter tror jag.
