Den som vill fixa lite extra fredagsgott i stugan eller l\u00e4genheten eller var ni nu befinner er kan snabbt och l\u00e4tt sv\u00e4nga ihop en tomat- och b\u00f6nsalsa och servera med nachos som ett matigare drinktilltugg f\u00f6re middagen.<\/h3>\n<h3>F\u00f6r inspiration till huvudr\u00e4tten &#8211; titta under kategorin l\u00e4ttlagat i kolumnen till h\u00f6ger.<\/h3>\n<p><em><strong>Du beh\u00f6ver:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>2 burkar krossade tomater eller coctailtomater p\u00e5 burk<\/p>\n<p>2 burkar kidneyb\u00f6nor, avsk\u00f6ljda och avrunna<\/p>\n<p>2-3 vitl\u00f6kar, tunt skivade<\/p>\n<p>ev. 1 r\u00f6d eller gul l\u00f6k, hackad<\/p>\n<p>2-3 msk olivolja<\/p>\n<p>3-4 msk balsamvin\u00e4ger<\/p>\n<p>salt till avsmakning<\/p>\n<p>n\u00e5gra tag p\u00e5 pepparkvarnen<\/p>\n<p>g\u00e4rna chili f\u00f6r hetta och bett, finhackad (man kan anv\u00e4nda jalape\u00f1os p\u00e5 burk om man vill)<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Fr\u00e4s l\u00f6k, vitl\u00f6k och chili i olivolja. Anv\u00e4nder du jalape\u00f1os p\u00e5 burk har du i dem senare dock. Tills\u00e4tt balsamvin\u00e4gern och l\u00e5t puttra helt kort. H\u00e4ll p\u00e5 tomaterna och b\u00f6norna. L\u00e5t puttra ihop i \u00e5tminstone 5-10 minuter s\u00e5 smakerna blandas. St\u00e4ll att svalna. Jag serverar ibland denna salsa n\u00e5got ljummen, men den som har tid g\u00f6r den ett tag i f\u00f6rv\u00e4g och l\u00e5ter den svalna till serveringen.<\/p>\n<p>Servera med nachos att doppa i.
